• If you run into any trouble with your order, contact your artist through their seller page. If you do not receive a response or are unhappy with their service, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page and we will reach out to you.
  • Our artists own their own artworks. Once they receive their payment from Roving Terrestrial, ownership of the art is transferred to the buyer.
  • We do not have a warehouse. Our artists have the art in their possession until it is transferred to the shipping provider.
    Our artists receive their payment in full 7 days after delivery. We collect a standard 18% commission but the artist receives the full value of their art work. The customer pays the full value of the art plus the 18% commission and taxes.
    We do offer returns! Within 7 days of delivery, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may initiate a return. Unfortunately, 7 days after the order has been delivered, we are unable to accept the return.
    Once we have received your payment, the seller will get a notification from us that an order has been placed. Once that occurs, our shipping carrier will come to pick up the order and get it ready to ship to the location you prefer.
