Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders could reach high quantities which could potentially delay order process confirmation past 3 business days. Events such as natural disasters, pandemics, and other natural calamities could delay your order as well. High volume orders on a specific day could delay the processing on the order. 

Any order containing an oversized item (68 inches x 45 inches) is not guaranteed for the shipping times that were listed above.

Orders with more than one item may be shipped in separate packages.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are determined by the artist, as they are responsible for placing the cost of the shipping into the cost of that art. You as a buyer would be purchasing the art with the shipping cost included. Sellers are responsible to place the accurate cost of the shipping into the listing for the buyer to see and act upon.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at any cost.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Roving Terrestrial which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of the delivery date specified by the shipping carriers tracking system, please contact us at sales@rovingterrestrial.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our shipping courier will not accept any orders that are going to be shipping to a P.O box. Any order that includes a P.O box will not be processed and denied. Every order that is placed must provide a valid street address that our shipping courier accepts. We reserve the right to deny any order that does not accept our shipping terms and conditions. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the Shipping Information by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to the Shipping Information constitutes acceptance of those changes.
